Husky - File Description  


Description:
Hey, does anyone remember that Dingo skin? Well it seems that the author has taken my suggestion of making a Siberian Husky skin. So here it is.

Well it's black and white, like a Husky. But most Huskies tend to be black and white and have shades of gray in between. They also don't have just white on their bellies and just black on top. They have it all over. In fact, you might say that the color scheme for this is totally inaccurate. But one could also point out that the colors on a dog's pelt vary, so we could very well have a black and white Husky. So my main suggestion would be to get some pictures of a Siberian Husky and use them for reference picture. Another suggestion I have is to take off the pants that are left over from the werewolf model, because you don't really see a Siberian Husky running around in pants, now do you. wink

So the main thing with this skin is to be more accurate, and add lots of variation to the fur. You might even make it playable in single player and make pelt and head variations to choose from.

My schools Maskot is a Huskie dog Roll Eyes (sarcastic) and this doesn't really resemble a huskie that well. I think it should have lighter fur, more white and more light-gray, and probably the fur should be worked on more. I should know what a huskie looks like I see one every day Uhm.... Lastly why did you take pics of a huskie dog on a desert planet? confused

Yeah, it's not really very reminiscent of a husky. I had one for about 11 years, and they're not grey with white bellies by any stretch of the imagination. They're black and white (or reddish-brown and white). Hardly any grey anywhere on most of them.

Dont forget to give it one blue and one white eye! I have always wanted one of those. I'd name it blue......

i've seen a few huskies that look a bit like this (i've seen about 10 in my life... i'm 14 stick out tongue)

i think that the pants should be more decorated (hey, if you're gonna make a dog wear pants, make em crazy!!!) or removed, like Zach said.

... If I knew I could do it... I'd actually use this as a reference point to create characters from Star Fox.

The idea is far too intriguing. Perhaps I shall learn to skin and mod. Hell, I've already replaced music in Single-Player with tracks from Star Fox Assault, why not find something more to do?
